Had an excellent stay. The house was clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. Jay was very friendly, proactive, and responsive. I would recommend staying here and would book again myself.

Jay is an outstanding host! Extremely responsive, accommodating, and genuinely thoughtful throughout our entire stay. Check-in was seamless and very easy, which made everything stress-free from the start. The house looked absolutely amazing in person — very clean, well-maintained, and even better than the photos. There was plenty of space for our family to relax comfortably without ever feeling crowded. I forgot to bring something important, and Jay responded almost immediately with helpful directions on where to get it. The house is conveniently located just 2 minutes away from DG Market, which made quick trips super convenient. You can tell Jay truly cares about his guests’ experience. The home was stocked with essentials, the beds were comfortable, and everything felt welcoming and organized. Communication was clear, fast, and professional the entire time. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Jay to anyone looking for a smooth, enjoyable, and hassle-free stay!

Our stay was wonderful! The house was beautiful,and very peaceful! Perfect for a family, there was even a fenced in back yard that my granddaughter loved! We greatly appreciated the stocked coffee bar after traveling. We will absolutely stay at Jay's when we visit family again!

Absolutely perfect for a large family gathering -- great house with beautiful surroundings, neighborhood park just down the road. We had a wonderful stay, and highly recommend for large families. Very friendly and accommodating host, quick to respond to inquiries and always extremely helpful.

What a great and cozy house! Our kids enjoyed the playroom with the ping pong table, darte board and fooze ball table. The firepit was great for roasting marshmellows and enjoying the cold night. The kitchen had all of the things we needed to be able to cook. It was very convenient. The house is located about 3 mins from a Dunkin Donuts and the Food Lion (grocery store) which made food shopping very convenient. There is a great Mexican restaurant in the same shopping center which was great for the day we chose not to cook. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. However, as a parent, the best part was the washer and dryer. Having the capabilities of being able to wash and dry clothes made packing so much better knowing it could be packed all clean.

Great place just outside Charlotte. Clean, lots of space, quiet neighborhood, and close to little shops and grocery store for all the little things you need. Definitely would stay again!

We really enjoyed this place. Very spacious inside and out. A great house for friends or family to gather. It had all the amenities that we needed. The game room was fun and the fire pit was great. The house had a lot of character and the church next store was beautiful, especially lite up at night. The people of Troutman were very nice and there are a few restaurants and bars within walking distance. We enjoyed the Carolina Renaissance festival on Saturday that was easy to get to.

The house was exactly how it was described l. Jay was prompt and friendly with assisting my family. I will choose again for this area and it was far from the lake, just like we wanted.
